Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience with our breakfast boxes. As we deal with perishable goods, our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. This includes our breakfast boxes and any other food items.
Refunds
We are committed to delivering your order as promised. However, if for any reason we are unable to fulfill and deliver your order, we will automatically issue a full refund.
Your refund will be processed through Stripe to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@breakfastinabox.shop.
Cases of Non-Refundable Deliveries
We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for deliveries that fail due to customer error. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- The customer is not available to receive the delivery at the specified time and location.
- The customer refuses the delivery.
In these cases, the responsibility for the failed delivery lies with the customer, and no refund will be provided.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final.
Rescheduling a Delivery
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your delivery for a different date, free of charge.
To reschedule, you must contact us at orders@breakfastinabox.shop no later than 12:00 AM (midnight) on the day before your scheduled delivery. There is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule an order.
